$75 for a box of white box doesn't sound very appealing to me.

Didn't even read the entire list, but this one is pretty funny.

"FACT: Barack Obama supported a proposal to ban gun stores within 5 miles of a school or park, which would eliminate almost every gun store in America.9"

Because you know every criminal buys their guns in a legal gun store, then walks a few miles to the nearest park to start shooting school children. Or that gun stores are so easy to rob by unarmed schoolchildren. Or guns are evil and when they decided to grow horns and legs and start shooting everyone, they won't be able to walk 5 miles before they get tired and give up. :ponder:

Seriously how could anyone think that is anything but an attempt to ban gun stores? They might as well make sure there isn't any loophole spots people can move their stores too and just ban gun stores within 1,000 miles of the US border.

User,

Well, it's the same with most of the things on the list, like microstamping. They are ways to pass defacto bans of firearms, ammunition, and the transfer of both without actually using the word "ban".

I like to think of it as the bandwagon affect.
The US doesn't like bush, and bush is republican, so therefore, all republicans are bush.
Since Obama is not a republican he won't be bush. and since he had a lot of media coverage and all that <profanity> people jumped on his bandwagon.
Kinda like when the yanks won the world series and basically all major sports teams, they do good one yr, they have an increase in fans immediately afterwards.
Bandwagons got Obama elected
