I have had the exact same issues with my Leee dies. They will not pass my EA go/no go, not even close. I have issues with not cycling consistently. Hi Guys I had suspected issues with my Lee dies so I sourced a set of Lyman dies and tried them. Everything is working very consistently with the Lyman dies absolutely no issues. I fired 2 full magazines with brass processed in the Lyman dies no jams, or misfires. I am going to send my Lee dies back...

Brass looks good no signs of stress. All 20 rounds were processed at the same time from 1x brass. I plan to load 20 more rounds from same processed brass and run thru another 5.7 to see what results I get.

After firing 5 rounds with cases not ejecting the next 15 ejected just fine. Brass is cleaned, sized, and trimmed to 1.134. I have loaded 40gr VMax ballistic tips with 5.4gn True Blue.
